Phoenix provides residents and visitors with 186 parks, 33 community and recreation centers, eight golf courses, and 29 public pools. The Phoenix Parks and Recreation Department is dedicated to building healthy communities through its recreation facilities, park spaces, programs, and services.
The Parks and Recreation Master Plan will include several focus areas. Most importantly, it provides an opportunity for meaningful engagement with the community.
The Parks Master Plan is driven by access, equity and community. With focus areas like water conservation , crime prevention, safety, neighborhood demographics , and recreation trends, you can help us think outside the park. There are many ways to share your experiences and ideas.
